uldduz sohrabi
Uldduz Sohrabi is the Founder of Project Nine Ten and The Civilian Agenda. She is a journalist and researcher with a background in policy communications, documentary production, and international advocacy.
Project Nine Ten began as a documentary project in 2020, which she has continued to develop alongside the wider campaign. From 2020 to 2023 she worked on communications for the International Network on Explosive Weapons, and followed the process that led to the 2022 Political Declaration in Dublin. She has delivered statements at UN and diplomatic forums and has worked with civil society organisations, diplomats, and communities affected by explosive weapons harm.
Dr Hussam hamouda
Dr Hussam Hamouda is a Palestinian surgical resident with extensive experience treating injuries and traumas caused by explosive weapons.
He has worked across hospitals in Gaza throughout the genocide that began in October 2023, including emergency, pediatric, general practice, and surgical work at Al-Aqsa Military Hospital, Al-Najjar Hospital in Rafah, Al-Emarati Hospital in Rafah, and the Indonesian Hospital in North Gaza. He is central to Project Nine Ten's medical work. He delivered a statement that the campaign submitted at the second international follow-up conference in San José in November 2025.
dr azra CHANG
Dr Azra Chang is a U.K. trained medical consultant with over 15 years’ service in the NHS. Dr Chang is also an experienced strategy and systems analyst in healthcare, and has previously advised various organisations ranging from humanitarian organisations to governments.
She advises Project Nine Ten on humanitarian health advocacy and strategy.
SARA CHEDDADI
Sarah Cheddadi is an immigration lawyer and human rights advocate. She holds Master's degrees in European Public Law and Governance and Public International La’w. She has worked with the Belgian Federal Migration Centre, the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA), the Trust Fund for Victims at the International Criminal Court, and the Human Rights Subcommittee at the European Parliament. Her specialisms are public international law, European law, and human rights. She serves on the Board of The Civilian Agenda and is also an Advisor to Project Nine Ten.
